Privacy notice

Controller: AIncient Labs, hello@aincient-labs.com.

What we process: your IP address (rate limiting and abuse prevention, kept for 7 days), the access code you redeem, and the content you create inside your trial instance. This portal does not ask for your name or email address.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of the trial you requested; rate limiting under Art. 6(1)(f).

Where: everything runs on a server in Frankfurt, Germany. No data is transferred outside the EU.

Retention: your trial instance, its database and files are deleted when the trial ends after 7 days, or earlier on request. IP addresses are purged after 7 days.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Arts. 15-21 GDPR, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact hello@aincient-labs.com to exercise them or to end a trial early.

Cookies: this portal sets none. Your Atelier instance sets a session cookie when you log in.
